• The number of pax per room is only estimated and not guaranteed.
• Check-in time starts at 2pm while check-out time is at 12 noon. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• We recommend planning your meals ahead. It is advisable to purchase food items before your stay as the nearest market is more or less 10km from the resort, and there are limited restaurants nearby.
• High wattage appliances are strictly prohibited.
• Please note that occasional power interruptions may occur. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
ADVANCED BOOKING:
• We kindly request a 50% down payment of the total accommodation fee. This ensures your reservation is secure and ready for your arrival. Please note that this down payment is non-refundable if canceled before 5 days of your stay, except for extenuating circumstances.
• If you need to rebook or change your dates, please reach out to us. Changes are subject to availability.
